Welcome to our journey towards being the center of excellence for value addition to the national resource base. The Department of Management Sciences is one of the hoariest, most solid, and well-established academic Department in Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka. The Department of Management Sciences offers BBM in Entrepreneurship and Management Degree Programme, an innovatively designed, unique academic programme found in the Sri Lankan University System whose curricula are constantly updated to meet the changing requirements of the industry and to meet the needs of major stakeholders. Its uniqueness stands at the blend of Business Management with Entrepreneurship. The DMS strives to ensure that all our students have a strong education equipped with the knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes required to be an outstanding graduates. More than 500 students have graduated from our department during the last decade and it is certainly our happiness that the graduates of the department work in different fields and multiple destinations holding key managerial positions, in the public and private sectors while there are some successful entrepreneurs.
